Perfectly situated within walking distance to Cheltenham town centre where there are an abundance of fabulous restaurants, cafes, shops and bars to choose from. You'll always find something going on as Cheltenham is known as The Festival Town with festivals year round celebrating music, science, jazz, literature, food and drink. The house is set over 3 floors, and stylishly decorated to compliment the original features such as high ceilings, sash windows with an open fire place for cosy evenings in. On the ground floor there are two lounge areas with plenty of seating for your group, a cloakroom/powder room, and a well equipped kitchen with space to dine. The kitchen has everything you need for tea and toast or a gourmet meal. There is a 5 ring induction hob, range oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. For coffee lovers there is also a built in coffee machine, cafetière and stove top expresso pot. The kitchen leads out to the garden for you to enjoy those warmer evenings. Sleeping up to 8 people in total Bedroom 1 - 1 King size bed Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed Bedroom 3 - 1 single bed Bedroom 4 - 1 super-king bed Bedroom 5/private living area - double sofa bed The second lounge on the ground floor can become Bedroom 5 with a double sofa bed and memory foam topper. This room can be made into a private bedroom whilst retaining the front lounge area for socialising. Our guests love our comfy mattresses and super soft bed linen and a travel cot is available upon request for infants. The family bathroom is incredibly spacious and a highlight of the property with a roll top bath, double sink and free standing shower. There are also laundry facilities in this room. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil is provided. Outside you'll find an enclosed rear garden, with decking and a flagstone patio including outdoor furniture and a fire pit. Parking: There is on-road parking for 2 cars, digital permits provided. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
